Sevren View West | 30155 SE Highway 212 Boring, Oregon 97009

The Sevren View West site is a 36-acre parcel located in Boring, Oregon, approximately 25 minutes east of Portland International Airport. The property is positioned with visibility from Highway 26 and access from Highway 212, in an area known locally as the “wishbone.”
The parcel is flanked by farms and businesses and is equipped with existing power, water, communications, and security. With its location, infrastructure, access, and surrounding regional character, the property is well positioned for thoughtful future development.

Advanced technology is moving quickly. Aerospace, robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering, national security, and space systems are reshaping the world. Students need access to inspiration, technical exposure, hands-on learning, and meaningful career pathways earlier than ever before.

Sevren Onyx Corporation is being created to help close that gap.

By connecting students with experienced professionals, specialized industries, and advanced technology concepts, Sevren Onyx can help young people discover disciplines they may never have imagined — and prepare them to become valuable contributors to the companies, communities, and missions that need them most.

PHASES OF CREATION

Each phase brings Sevren Onyx closer to creating a place where innovation, education, and opportunity meet.

Phase I is currently in progress.

Approximately half a mile of paved road has been reconstructed to support site access and traffic flow. The property benefits from visibility near major transportation corridors and an Oregon Department of Transportation-approved approach from State Highway 212, which intersects with Highway 26.

The next step in Phase I includes initiating a county permit for an agricultural building that will support property maintenance, equipment storage, and an office space to help facilitate planning for the overall site development.
Current site activity includes parking support for local infrastructure and transportation-related projects while long-term planning continues with local county officials.

Phase II will focus on shaping the long-term development strategy for the 36-acre parcel known as Sevren View West.

This includes continued conversations with city, county, and statewide planning leaders, as well as community stakeholders, potential board members, industry professionals, investors, and educational partners.
